Once again, we would like to inform all of you who will be attending the additional performances of "TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2023 ~CLASSYC~" at the dome.

Please be sure to read and understand the following before visiting.


★A request to everyone who came to see "TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2023 ~CLASSYC~"★

As of May 8, 2023, the government's "Basic Policy for Countermeasures against New Coronavirus Infectious Diseases" was abolished. Please make your own judgment based on the above.

Please refer to the "Infection Control Information" published by the government as a reference for voluntary infection control.

However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following precautions.

・Wearing a mask is a personal decision. During the performance, we ask for your cooperation in taking care of other customers, such as coughing etiquette.
・At the end of the performance, there will be a special effect using gunpowder along with a loud sound.
・Please stand or sit in your seat during the performance. Actions such as leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward are prohibited.
・Please remain seated until the staff instructs you to leave after the performance to avoid congestion at the exit.
・Please check the announcements in the venue again on the day of each performance.

*No cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made after purchasing tickets for any reason whatsoever. Please note.



■ Flow of admission ■
①Please be sure to complete AnyPASS registration and ticket issuing in advance, and come to the entrance with the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
② We will check the digital ticket at the entrance. Please present the QR code to the staff yourself.
③ After reading the QR code, tap the performance displayed in "Events to be attended" to display the seat information.


■Requests to visitors■
●In the venue, we ask for your cooperation in frequently disinfecting your hands.
●Please cooperate with cough etiquette in the audience and lobby.
●Please note that our staff will call out to customers who appear to be unwell. In addition, please understand that we may refuse entry to the venue depending on the situation.


■For people with physical disabilities■
If you would like to view in the handicap-only space, please contact the contact for each performance after issuing the electronic ticket (AnyPASS).
For those who have contacted us in advance, we will inform you after confirming at the venue on the day. Please note that advance declaration is for preparation to secure space and is not a reservation.
Dedicated handicap spaces at the venue are limited and subject to availability. Please note.

●We will guide you to the designated area determined by each venue.
Please understand in advance that we cannot meet customer requests.
●Please note that you may be asked to sit in your own seat after checking at the venue on the day of the event.
●Please note that we will limit the number of attendants to 1 person, basically only for those who are inconvenient if they are not accompanied by an attendant on a daily basis.
However, the attendant must already have a ticket.
In addition, due to space limitations, you may be asked to view the performance side-by-side with wheelchair users.
●Wheelchairs are not available for rent, so please bring your own.
●If you have a physical disability certificate (type 1) or rehabilitation certificate (type 1), please bring it with you on the day so that we can guide you smoothly as before.

■ Efforts for this performance ■
●When entering the venue, please follow the instructions of the staff and operate your smartphone yourself.
We will strive to manage health by recommending that all people involved in the performance wear a mask, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their fingers.
●We will thoroughly disinfect the handrails, doorknobs, and other places that can be touched in the venue.
●We will ventilate the venue accordingly.
●We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience.
● Disinfectants will be installed in various places in the venue.
●The smoking area in the venue will be closed after the performance.
●Bringing in alcoholic beverages, drinking in the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
●For sales of concert goods and CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays, we recommend that you purchase them online from various official sites to prevent infection.
●Pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those with chronic or underlying illnesses, those who find it difficult to act alone, etc. Prioritize the safety of your own body and the people involved. Please consider visiting based on the judgment of.
●We do not accept presents, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will not be able to deliver it directly to members or staff if it arrives at the venue.
●Customers' own support projects outside and inside the venue may interfere with the operation of the performance, so it is prohibited.
