■ Other precautions

*Children under the age of three are not allowed to enter; children over three years old are required to pay a fee.

* If you are an elementary school student or younger, you must be accompanied by a fan club member over the age of 18. A ticket is required to enter the event for any reason.

*No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be made for any reason after tickets have been purchased.

[Conditions of attendance / who is eligible to apply]

Those who meet the following three conditions are eligible to apply.

①  TOHOSHINKI Official Fan Club "Bigeast" members

This ticket reception is for those who have joined the fan club (= payment) and have been issued a membership number by September 4, 2023 (Monday), the deadline for reception. After joining, it is necessary to complete the ticket application by the deadline, so if you are a new member, please complete the procedure with plenty of time during the reception period.

② Those with valid membership numbers who have registered by the day of the event

There will be a membership verification upon admission on the event day, so please make sure to renew your membership if your expiration date will come before the event day.

③ Those who can bring the identification listed below on the day of the event

Please be sure to have a valid ID ready by the day of the event.

 

[Notes regarding the transfer of the fan club operating company] *Important

With the transfer of Bigeast 's operating company from SMEJ Plus Co., Ltd. to WEVERSE JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Weverse Japan), a confirmation button will be displayed when logging into the fan club site. Members who have selected "I do not agree" to transfer their member information will not be able to transfer their registered member information and will not be able to use any fan club services. Therefore, please note that you will not be able to enter or participate in this fan club event.

[Notes on the expiration date of the fan club]

If you won a ticket, the membership number you used when applying for the ticket must be valid as of the day of the performance.

If your expiration date comes before the day of the event, please make sure to renew your membership (i.e., make a deposit).

In the unlikely event that the membership number under which the ticket was won has expired, admission will be denied even if you bring a membership card with a different membership number or a new membership number.

In addition, please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.

[Notes on admission]

On the day of the fan club event, your membership card with the membership number with which you purchased your ticket and your ID are required for admission. Please see below for valid forms of identification.

If you are a new member and have not received your membership card in time, or if you have lost your membership card, your digital membership card will be used to authenticate your membership. Please present your digital membership card while logged in to the website at the time of admission.

Captured and printed membership cards are not acceptable.

 

■ The following are acceptable forms of identification.

*Please note that any items other than those listed below will not be accepted.

 

● No copies nor expired documents will be accepted.

One piece of ID with a face photo

○ Passport

○ Driver's license

○ Basic Resident Register Card with face photo

○ Special Permanent Resident Certificate or Residence Card

○ Disability certificate

○ Credit card with face photo

○ My Number Card (Individual number card) *Notification cards are not accepted.

* Even if you have a photo of your face, your employee ID and student ID will be invalid.

 

If you do not have a photo ID listed above, please bring any two of the following IDs.

*Handwritten documents are not allowed.

○ Pension notebook

○ Resident's card

○ My Number notification card

○ Cash card

 

Persons who do not have the above identification cards or who cannot be identified will not be admitted.

Newly enrolled and ticket purchasers will receive a bookmark with a limited design for the fan club event enrollment campaign! We will present it to all new members who have joined during the campaign period and those who have purchased tickets among existing members!

 

■ Target person

・ All new members who joined during the campaign period

・Purchasers of "TOHOSHINKI Bigeast FANCLUB EVENT 2023 ~WHITE GARDEN~" tickets whose membership period is valid after January 2024

* The gift will be sent together with the newsletter scheduled to be sent out at the end of January 2024, so please do not forget to complete the renewal procedure for members whose membership expiration date is until the end of December 2023.

* Regardless of the number of performances participating, one gift will be given per member.

* If the information entered when purchasing the ticket does not match the fan club registration information, it will not be eligible for the gift. Please be sure to enter the same information as the information registered in the fan club.

■ Initiatives for this performance ■

● We will make every effort to ensure the health of all performance-related personnel by encouraging them to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their hands.

● We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience.

● Smoking areas in the venue will be closed after the show.

● Bringing in alcoholic beverages, consuming alcoholic beverages in the venue, or being under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

● For concert merchandise and CD/DVD/Blu-ray sales, we recommend purchasing online through the various official websites.

● We ask that pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those with pre-existing or underlying medical conditions, and those who have difficulty acting alone, etc., consider coming to the event based on their own judgment, putting the safety of themselves and those involved in their care first.

● We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for the performers. Please note that we will not accept any gifts delivered to the venue or directly to the members or staff.

● We prohibit any cheering activities outside or inside the venue, as they may interfere with the operation of the performance.

 

■ Requests to those who attend ■

● We ask that all attendees frequently sanitize their hands by themselves.

● We ask for your cooperation in observing cough etiquette when other audience members are present in the venue or outside the venue, etc.

● Please be advised that staff members will speak to those who appear to be in poor physical condition. Also, please be advised that depending on the situation, you may not be allowed to enter the venue.
