We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the inaccuracy during production.
Customers who wish to exchange the product for a good one will receive a replacement as follows.

Please mail it to the above address by cash on delivery.

If you are using a post office box, please pick up a "Yu-Packet label" at the post office counter, fill in the necessary information, write "Pay-on-Delivery" in large red letters on the envelope surface, and drop it in the box.
